A timeless moment awaits you in your own private wedding paradise…As the early morning sun rises over our turquoise waters, you rise to the sounds of the Indian Ocean tide lapping against our white sand beaches, signifying the start to your unforgettable day. The Bride and Groom will begin their nuptial journey with a steam bath and a full-body Balinese massage prior to the fitting of their traditional Maldivian ceremonial attire.

With the announcement of the caun shell trumpet, the traditional Maldivian drum troupe, known locally as the Bodu Beru, begins the wedding march. Offering a blessing of frangipani leis, they escort you to your desired ceremony location, decorated in crimson bougainvilleas, palm fronds and stunning birds of paradise. Chilled coconut kurumba coladas are prepared while the beat of Bodu Beru drums welcomes the arrival of our Bodu Katheeb, or island chief, who initiates the beginning of the ceremony. As you stand together before him, surrounded by the spectacular beauty of our island, reaffirm your love for each other with the exchange of your special vows.

As the sun glitters off the aquamarine ocean, your own professional photographer will capture every timeless moment, including the ceremonial cutting of the cake and exchange of rings between the newlyweds. As the champagne flows, enjoy exotic canapés prepared by our island’s own culinary gurus.

At the close of the ceremony, the drummers will escort the couple to their private sailing dhoni waiting to slowly glide through the placid warm waters of the Indian Ocean in a sunset you’ll remember forever.

Upon your return to Naladhu, relax with a private dinner on your deck or private beachfront, to the soundtrack of the waves rolling onto the island sands. Here, your private Chef prepares your selected menu to perfection, which may be accompanied by a hand-picked vintage from our island’s cellar.

As you step into your House after your perfect day, you will be surrounded by the aroma of the essential oils swirling in your drawn bath, and the flower petals that romantically adorn your bed. Sip Grand Marnier and share handmade chocolate truffles as you lay back and relax into the warm aromatic waters…

The next morning, awake as husband and wife in one of the world's most perfect honeymoon destinations, in the comfort of your own private Naladhu house by the sea. Enjoy your first breakfast together in your al fresco dining sala to start another perfect Naladhu day. Terms and Conditions:

• The wedding is only symbolic in nature and not legal and valid.
• Wedding and ceremonial arrangements can only be finalized after a minimum stay of two days on our island to ensure sufficient timing for preparation. These rates are not inclusive of accommodation.
• Wedding rings and bridal gowns will need to be supplied by the Bride and Groom, or alternatively, traditional Maldivian garments are available in Male.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: 25% of the package rate will be charged for cancellations 1 week before the wedding; 50% of the package rate will be charged for cancellations three days before the wedding; 100% of the package rate will be charged for cancellations 1 day before the wedding.
